Founded in 2008, in Bagdad Iraq with the objective of taking part in rebuilding Iraq after the first and second gulf war and in the Water Sector in particular as one of the core sectors that required modernization, redevelopment and improvement.

ALWA remains one of the few independent companies specialized in representing world class Agencies in Iraq and the region offering high level of quality and commitment to the most exacting clients. Especially in water and wastewater systems in Iraq.

ALWA continue to seek and represent the leaders in the centrifugal pump manufacturers and associated systems such as SPP PUMPS offering pumps, fire pump packages and equipment for a wide range of application and industry sectors.

ALWA has been the sole and exclusive representative for SPP PUMPS and KPL, the parent company of SPP Pumps UK, including the Indian company kirloskarpumps in Iraq, Jordan, Palestine, Syria and Lebanon.
